Robert Avellano

Robert was born and educated in England. He graduated from West Sussex College of Art & Design in 1987. Rob has twenty years of experience in the fine art world and has been the Director of two other galleries in the Los Angeles area. Rob joined Galerie Michael in 2002 and has had the privilege of assisting in building many first-class collections all over the World.

Richard Rice

Originally from Upstate New York, Richard received an education in Business Administration at RIT and SUNY-Utica, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Statistics. Richard has been with Galerie Michael since 1987 and is fluent in many languages including Spanish, Japanese, Korean and Chinese.  He has cultivated this skill through working with the wide range of clients and diverse visitors of Galerie Michael, as well as traveling extensively to participate in exhibitions in Hong Kong, Singapore, New York and Miami.

 

Lynn Marks

Lynn left Chicago in 1997 to pursue a career path in Los Angeles working in the field of fine art as an art consultant at Galerie Michael. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the Norton Simon Museum and The Beverly Hills Women’s Club. Her favorite charities include The Children’s Burn Foundation, The Neil Bogart Pediatric Cancer Research Program, California Wildlife Center, Los Angeles Ronald McDonald House and FIDF. Business networking is my specialty.

 

Nicole Haggerty

Nicole Haggerty has represented the world of Fine Art for over a decade’s time. She is known for maintaining trusted relationships amongst her clients nationally and internationally. Nicole’s top priority is insuring every piece recommended (including every step of the collecting process) meets the highest standards for each collector. She began her career in the world of contemporary art spending over four years experiencing a wide range of mediums, event planning, and artist relations. From 2010 to present day Miss. Haggerty has been studying, following, and specializing the world of The Old Masters, Impressionists, and The Modern Masters. “I enjoy exploring moments in art history with my clients and colleagues; answering their questions and beginning a dialogue opens doors to new ideas and brings the past alive.” – Nicole Haggerty

 

Ralf Warneking

Ralf Warneking has been passionate about fine art’s for the past three decades. The old masters such as Albrecht Durer, Rembrandt and the Barbizon school of painting have been areas of growth and constant discovery. Over the last three years Ralf has been intensely studying the impressionist’s and modern Masters to build on top of his massive knowledge of Old Masters and 19th Century art. It was through a friendship with Michael Schwarz, the owner of the gallery, that Ralf has come to join the team. “What excites me most about Galerie Michael is that our company helps build up museum level collection’s and that our work is historical important and defines beauty.” -Ralf Warneking
