This 17th century impression, ”a very rare, large beggar plate,” received Usticke’s RRR- rating. According to New Hollstein Dutch & Flemish, this state is II of II. In the first state, the plate edges are rough with very sharp corners. The edges are uneven with square corners and inky plate edges. In this, the second state, the plate edges have been smoothened and the corners are now rounded.
